The reason that Adobe Acrobat Reader is use to read these rather long documents is that it makes it easy to put a typewritten document on the Internet that can be read on any computer with the free and universal Adobe Acrobat reader. It is capable of printing on any printer attached to your computer with paginated files.

Your computer probably came with a version of this program already installed. If not download it from http://www.adobe.com. This page will give you installation instructions. It also installs automatically so it will cause no disruption to your computer.

You do not need the latest version. If you have an older version try it first. If it works, go ahead an use it. If you computer meets the specifications needed for the new version then download at your discretion. Download can take several hours on telephone connections. Broadband should only take 10 minutes or so.
