Pool
Tenants may use the swim facilities, only after the Tenant's Swim Application has been properly filled out and submitted. The Landlord can download the form from this Website by right clicking here and choosing copy file and after filling it out fax it back to the office.
General pool rules
Crossover - lilly pads - rules
To rent the clubhouse or pavilion, call the office well in advance to find out availability of dates. Deposits will need to be paid within two weeks after booking. If an event is less than 2 weeks after booking, then the deposit will need to be paid within 2 days.
$135 - 6 Hours rental(Please include set-up, party, and clean-up time)
$15 - Each additional hour (must be booked in advance)
$35 - Non-Refundable deposit (applies toward rental fee)
$250 - Security deposit (refundable with clean clubhouse and key return)
Pavilion
$70 - 5 Hours rental(Please include set-up, party, and clean-up time)
$10 - Each additional hour (must be booked in advance)
$25 - Non-Refundable deposit (applies toward rental fee)
Pool Party
$200 - 2 hours in pool area and 4 hours on Pavilion (total 4 hours)
$100 - Needed to reserve the date (non-refundable) 2-4 weeks in advance depending on booking date.
All pool parties must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the event
An alternative to renting our pavilion is to use the one at Mercer there is no cost unless there is damage or trash to remove, the pavilion by the children's playground is sometimes reserved as much as several months in advance so think early, the other is good for adults, because it is near the front parking lot and is convinent for tours of the gardens. Contact mercer for reservations.
