	Elly Brokaw Clubhouse The clubhouse is located at 23803 Birnam Wood Blvd. Spring, TX 77373. Over 3,000 sq.ft. of space with bathrooms and kitchen available to rent for personal events to our BW3 and VOSO residents. Call office for availability. Clubhouse Rules
	Pool Three well maintained swimming pools: - Full sized lane pool with deep end and diving board - Shaded baby pool with convenient parent-perch - Play pool with splash zone, lily pads, and waterfall slides - Affordable Concession Stand with hot food and frozen treats For the use of the BW3 and VOSO residents. 2024 Season: Now open full time! -Tue-Sat 12-8p & Sun 1-8p
	Playground For the enjoyment of our BW3 and VOSO residents A classic style wooden playground with the ground padded with mulch. Please no animals on the playground.
	Walking Trails A gentle 1/4 mile trail on part of the 5 acre tract with picnic tables and benches for the use of our BW3 and VOSO residents and their dogs or cats on a leash. Please no livestock.
	Pavilion A party sized covered pavilion with 4 picnic tables and electricity. Available to rent for events to our BW3 and VOSO residents.
	Dog Park A fenced and double-gated safe area so furry four-legged friends may freely run around without a leash. Outfitted with a picnic table and complimentary pet waste bags for a BW3 and VOSO residents. Please no livestock.
