Office Closure 

The office will be CLOSED Monday, July 4th in observance of the holiday

We will reopen Tuesday, July 5th with normal business hours for the remainder of the week

Pool Open Full Time

Cool down this hot and humid summer in the clear, blue, and refreshing waters of the three swimming pools. Enjoy some affordable concessions (cash only, please). The pool is now open full time! 

Mondays: Closed for Maintenance
Tuesdays to Saturdays: 12pm - 8pm
Sundays: 1pm - 8pm

TipsTo Obtain Pool Cards
Homeowners: Make sure HOA accounts are current. Bring proof-of-residency the 1st visit for each person living in the home. No pool card fee.
Renters: Landlord must have HOA accounts current. Landlord/management company must complete Tenant Form. Each resident listed on form must bring proof-of-residency the 1st visit. $15/card.
2nd Families/Grandchild Passes: Must be vouched by the homeowner in person. $15/person.
Guests: A poolcard-holding family may bring up to 4 guests per day for $2/person. A poolcard-holding child age 10-18 may bring 1 guest per day for $2/person.

Accepted Forms for Proof-Of-Residency
(digital copies allowable - gatekeepers will NOT keep any copies of your records)
Adults: Drivers license with property address, utility bill for property, copy of lease
Children: report card listing parents and home address, birth certificate listing parents, guardianship/adoption papers
