Trunk Or Treat 2024

Birnam Wood III C.A.I. in conjunction with Birnamwoods/Fairfax Blue Marlins Swim Team are proud sponsors of Trunk or Treat.

Come one come all and join us on Saturday, October 26,2024 at the Elly Brokaw Clubhouse located at 23803 Birnam Wood Blvd. from 5p-7p.

If you want to participate in handing out candy, please give the office a call at 281-350-8556, if we are not available to answer your call leave a message letting us know that you are interested and a phone number to reach you. We will supply you the candy to hand out.

Proxies for Annual Meeting 11/6

Annual Meeting is November 6, 2024. In order to hold this meeting we have to have quorum of 150 signatures. All owners should have received a proxy, please fill it out and return it to us, you can mail it back to us, you can email or fax it back. We will be coming door to door until we get our 150 signature, so if you don't want us at your door, sign the proxy and get it back to us. This is an election meeting, so feel free to vote or don't, but we still need your signatures. Follow the link to print off the proxy if you are unable to find it.
