HOA Fees for Buying/Refinancing a Property Within BW3

When buying or selling a home within our community, the HOA requires certain fees to be collected before or during closing. Typically, this is all taken care of by the title company who will be closing on the sale or refinance of the house.

Title Transfer
$150 fee
Must provide top portion of closing document.
Must provide new owner's email address.
Must provide new owner's forwarding address if they will NOT be residing on the property.


Refinance
$100 fee


Resale Certificate - Includes a copy of the Deed Restrictions and governing documents.
$275 fee
To request: provide fee, property address, & shipping address
3-5 business days turn around.
